AMCO’S AGM APPROVES 2021 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Milan, 20 April 2022 – AMCO Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, gathered today in accordance with the current regulations and under the chairmanship of Stefano Cappiello, approved the 2021 financial statements which confirm the results already approved by the Board and disclosed to the market on March 8, 2022.
