Annapaola Negri-Clementi
Annapaola Negri-Clementi is a member of the Board of Directors of AMCO since January 2025.
She is a Partner of “Pavesio e Associati with Negri-Clementi”, and she has gained consolidated experience in corporate governance of companies subject to Supervisory Authorities by participating in the Boards of Directors of several financial intermediaries both as an independent director and as a legal advisor. She served as non-executive director in Aedes S.p.A., BNP Paribas Real Estate S.g.r., MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese S.p.A., Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A.
Graduated in Law from the Università degli Studi of Milan magna cum laude, she is a qualified lawyer and she is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
Since 2024, she is certified in Climate Change Governance and in Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
