Lucia Foti Belligambi

Lucia Foti Belligambi is a member of the Board of Directors of AMCO and Member of the Management Control Committee since January 2025.
She is a Chartered accountant, as well as expert in corporate crisis resolution. She advises national and international groups in strategic deals and reorganisations.
She was an independent director of Banca MPS Since 2003. She is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Auditor in several financial companies.
She was a lecturer in Corporate Tax at SDA Bocconi and is a teacher in the Tax Law Master course of Sole 24Ore’s Business School.
She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Università degli Studi of Catania and a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Sole24Ore Business School.
Since 2023 she has been a member of the ESG and accounting standard Committee of the Milan Chartered Accountants’ Association.
Since 2013 she is included in the “1000 excellent curricula” of the Maria Bellisario Foundation.
