Shareholders’ meeting resolution on partial demerger MPS/AMCO registered

RESOLUTION TAKEN BY AMCO SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING REGISTERED WITH THE COMPANY REGISTER IN NAPLES

Milan, October 6, 2020. The resolution taken by AMCO Shareholders Meeting on October 4, 2020 which approved the project of the partial non-proportional demerger with an asymmetric option of a compendium consisting of non-performing exposures, deferred tax assets, other assets, financial debt, other liabilities and net equity from Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. in favour of AMCO has been registered today with the Company Register in Naples.
