Selection process

The selection and evaluation process adopts transparency, effectiveness and diversity and inclusion criteria in all stages: from attracting, recruiting and onboarding selected candidates.

  • The first with the People Management team to assess soft and motivational skills;
  • The second with Line Managers to assess in dept the technical/professional skills more related to the role.

The selection process also includes an English language assessment.
